Poor Service, Inadequate Communication & Unethical business tactics. Worked with kitchen planners in early August.
Partial installation took place September 27th-30th. One wall cabinet was missing. All is resolved on 10.3.
NOW Ikea is quoting a 11.3 -5 appointment to finish the job.
What is unethical is that they withdrew the balance of the payment on 9.30!!!! How is that fair/ethical even possible?
I will NEVER order kitchen cabinets from Ikea again and will warn all not to do so as well.
The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and you are left out in the cold /trying to do it yourself.
Installation, not including cabinet costs was $2.1K - this is exorbitant considering that it was 2 wall and 4 base cabinets at those prices one should receive better service.
Very Very frustrated and Disappointed. NEVER AGAIN
