I’ve been scheduled for collection of returned furniture 3 times today. To ensure they would come, we phone again to check. However, it was replied that we were given wrong information and the collection order has NEVER been placed. I was shocked that such a famous company has repeated exhibited very unprofessional customer service and never care about the customer experience of their customers. How do I suppose to re-visit the store for purchase again?
Actually the customer service should deserve no star.
