IKEA has the worst customer service. I am regretting and crying that I decided to buy a TV unit from IKEA. Paid for delivery, assembly and of course the product. But it turned out to be a painful experience. Nothing was done as per the date and time promised by IKEA at the time of payment. And now of course payment is done so why will they even bother. You can never get through their customer service and not even email response. I am stuck with the items its been just lying in my living room with the packets half open.
Terrible terrible. I can only warn people to avoid IKEA. This is the last purchase of mine with IKEA for sure. Just trying to resolve this issue once its done its bye bye to IKEA forever.
