Ordered online and paid for home delivery. IKEA supplied me with a delivery window of 4 hours (1130-1530) and stated that this would be updated on the day of delivery.
Guess what? No update. No delivery. After waiting in all day. To add insult to injury, when I called their comically titled 'Customer Care' number, I was put 'on hold' with the usual grossly distorted music deliberately selected to force the caller to give up and end the call. After 12 minutes That's what I did. These clowns have had their last order from me. I only gave them one star because zero wasn't an option. The inept delivery guys have turned up now at my door at 1630 and when I challenged him as to why he was late, he got all belligerent and defensive, saying one of his vans had broken down. No apology given for the lack of updates, nor the tardiness of their delivery. All in all, a thoroughly disappointing experience.
