Purchased a x2 chest of drawers, in the process of building one, I noticed one of the pre-assembled parts was incorrect. Contacted customer services and that is when the complete and utter shambles started. In short, over the space of 4 weeks, I contacted them 7 times amounting to 3 hours, 14 minutes, 48 seconds on the phone with the customer service department. I had a delivery of yet another faulty set of drawers and 4 days sat at home waiting for re-arranged deliveries that never arrived with no communication. Contact the complaints department in Dec 2024, still waiting to hear back from them. Embarrassingly disorganised, little care for their customers and will NOT be using Ikea again.
