IKEA returns is not customer friendly, in fact, they have no care for customers! I started my exchange process September 3rd and have submitted photos of the issue 8 different times at this point (It is currently September 23rd)! Every letter I get now, asks for photos, which I have provided. They are either inept or just stalling. Horrible experience! NEVER AGAIN AT IKEA!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE.
