Ordered a Besta tv stand set. Everything arrived on time. However, the runners of the drawers are all LEFT sided instead of in left-right pairs. I called the customer service and the lady promised to send me replacements with no problem. However, the replacements never arrived. Checked my email box today and found that they sent me an email that day asking pictures for the wrong sided runners. Why can't IKEA simply call? Or at least send a reminder when customer did not reply. Emails are EASY to miss since I got about a score of them everyday.
Calling IKEA customer service is really a pain in ass. Every time of calling, I have to hold for at least 10-15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. I am holding for 25 minutes now with no one answering and now it is just 4:50 PM!
Simply terrible. I like IKEA products, but may be forced to not shopping with them in the future, if the situation persistent.
