I am only giving one star because I have to in order to write something.
I inquired with IKEA support over a month ago about purchasing new brackets for my King Size frame that I purchased from a family friend.
During my move from house to house I lost the two brackets that hold up the main support of the bed, now I am sleeping on the mattress on the floor.
When I go to look up the parts to order new ones I was asked if I new the part number, which since I bought from a second party no I did not. I was told I would receive a call from a rep within 5 -7 business days on 5/6/17, it is now 6/14/17 and I have heard nothing. I have since purchased a new bed and will no longer shop or deal with IKEA.
