Item was stocked in the wrong area noticed based on the amount total that it seemed wrong after review of the receipt asked the cashier if I he could fix the problem and he stated that I had to sit in another line to return the item and then grab the correct item.
After a 15 minute wait the return lady was extremely rude and she then said I can go grab the correct item and purchase not that any of the 6 other employees could grab it! Then upon return with thre correct item had to wait again since she was assisting another customer while I was gone for 3 minutes. When asked I expressed by discontent she said I should have "balled-out" the cashier that she was trying to help me!!! Didn't know that was customer service or help!!
