Ikea, delivery, rubbish service.
Waited in today for two sets of drawers. Delivery turned up with only one set, they told us the other was missing and they knew about it this morning, then told us we had to sort it out. Have rung and hopefully will get them Friday (although we needed them today).
So, why, if they knew they were missing this morning did they not ring us then, and why as they know they are missing, have we got to ring and sort it all out , bloody nightmare. Have always paid and brought things home ourselves before, but was not able to this time, but I will never ever use the delivery service again. I was going to get a kitchen next but reading all the reviews online (I wish I had read them before) I have decided not to get it from Ikea I think Ikea need to look at a more efficient delivery service otherwise they will loose customers and sales.
