They did not delivered one of my order.
We called them they promised to deliver next week. No one showed up.
We called them again , they promised to deliver in 2 weeks. We did not receive confirmation, nor call from trucking company, so we called again.
We spent more than two hours to talk to customer service, finally they said it won' be delivered, and contact to store directly.
The store told us that since they made a mistake , they had to pay trucking company for delivery fee, but they don't want to pay so they have not shipped our order.
Ikea does not have any customer service , nor responsibility to customer.
