Only one box was delivered by their shipping company. They missed the second
box which contained the table top. I was left with only the legs, extensions and frame
for a table. When I called IKEA customer service and I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for the next representative and I finally gave up. Then I called the shipping company North American Logistics and they put me on hold for 20 minutes to find out where the second box was and they hung up on me after 20 minutes. My experience with IKEA is poor customer service or lack of customer service.
