Customer service is horrible! We bought a sofa and wanted it delivered -waited 3 weeks to come to our area and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday when the truck arrived, no sofa was on it. The delivery company blamed IKEA and IKEA blamed them. We took time off work for the delivery and after all this time waiting, we had to call customer service which, I am not exaggerating took 4 hours last night- a total of 2 hours on hold, one hour each time we called to get assistance! We still do not have a sofa and will see if they come through on delivering a second time.
