MY DELIVERY WAS INCOMPLETE MISSINGG ITEMS- I NEVER RECIEVED MY SOFA OR DESK DRAWERS. I AM UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH HOLD TIMES >1 HOUR EACH TIME. THE DELIVERY TRACKER STATES MY DELIVERY WAS SUCESSFUL BUT I AM STILL MISSING ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR.THE DELIVERY COMPANY HAS NO IDEA WHERE MY ITEMS ARE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO IKEA CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD INDEFINATELY AND DON'T
