I'm currently on hold with Ikea Charlotte Customer Service - the recording said the wait would be 2 minutes, but it's going on 25 minutes. I have to think the management doesn't staff the Customer Service Department appropriately to have such a long wait time.
I'm amused with the question below (how did you communicate with the company) which gives Live Chat or Email as options - NOT options.
