We ordered 4 chairs and paid for assembly and delivery. On the delivery date the 3rd party delivery firm said they had cancelled the order because of an Ikea. Ikea blamed the shipper. We spend close to 4 fours trying to reach a human of sitting on hold as each firm blamed the other. We finally went online to Ikea and cancelled the order. Ikea as not acknowledged (after a week). We have filed a complaint with our credit card company.
