Twice I have ordered things from IKEA (who use XPO for home delivery) and twice they've has screwed it up.
First time, they managed to bring me double what I ordered, including 6 huge extra boxes for a bed frame, and two more large boxes for a computer desk.
The second delivery, they wasted an entire Saturday of mine because the best they could do was tell me they were going to show up sometime between 9 AM and 6 PM. When they finally came (late, around 6:30), they proceeded to hit the wall in my apartment building's hallway hard enough to put a large scratch in the drywall.
If that wasn't enough, I also paid for assembly on the second order. The delivery men told me that they couldn't do it, and that someone else would coming within the hour to get this done. Nobody ever came, or even had the courtesy to call and give me a reason why. The IKEA customer service number hung up on me during my call (never giving me a case number), and XPO won't even answer their phone.
