I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with a woman from customer service who was pathetically under skilled and had no knowledge of products or how the website worked. It was like speaking to an 8 year old. She kept repeating incorrect information and interrupting. I ended up hanging up without ordering anything.
This would have been a big order as it was a large entertainment unit.
I don't understand why a successful company like IKEA can't spend some decent money on employee training.
