We went to Ikea Richmond looking for particular product items. The display gave the Item no., the Aisle no. & the Location no. as usual but when we went to pick up the items from the actual Aisle & location nos., the products were out of stock and this was also advised to us by one of the customer service officers who also mentioned that Ikea would not restock the items. WHY ON EARTH DO YOU HAVE THEM ON DISPLAY THEN - JUST TO WASTE CUSTOMER'S TIME!!!!!!!!!
We then had to go to Springvale to buy all the items we were looking for. YOU KEEP TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS RICHMOND, YOU MIGHT ASWELL CLOSE UP SHOP.
