Return policy very limiting. Seven months after a new Ikea store opened I needed to return a defective lamp(less than $12...) of course I don't hold on to a receipt for an item like this. The original Ikea tags were still on the item.
The credit card used for this purchase recently had been replaced.
They refused any exchange or credit without either of these items. This is ridiculous and will seriously impact my decisions on any future purchases!
