Horrible customer service once something has been purchased.
The kitchen planner I worked with in the store was polite and very helpful. But once that was finished, I've had problem after problem. Delivery of damaged items and unnecessary items. Trying to sort out credits for returned items. Many, many calls and emails to both Ikea administration and Traemand installers trying to work out logistics. Rude and unhelpful 'customer service' personnel in Administration. Everyone I dealt with tried to pass the blame on to another employee or department.
They put the burden of responsibility on the customer to sort out all the problems created and they expect customers to coordinate solutions between IKEA and Traemand, Awful!
