If there was an option for no stars, I would have picked it. Had an automated call that delivery would arrive Saturday between 9am and 9pm. I called to ask for a tighter window and was told I would get a second automated call later that night with a four hour window. The second automated call gave me a window of 11am to 9pm. I called again to ask for a tighter window. I was told the computer made a glitch and my items would arrive between 11am and 3 pm. The delivery truck called 30 minutes before and arrived at 1:15. However, the truck only had one of the four items I ordered. I tried calling customer service to see what happenned. After many prompts a recoring said call volume was high and no help was availble.
I will not order from IKEA again. Absolutely not worth the time and energy.
