My daughter's bed was of such poor quality. It's so poorly made that a slight pressure of fingers can make the finish and paint come off. My daughter does not even weigh 15 kilos and only uses the bed strictly to sleep but it has chipped from one side. We have been told it's not a manufacturing default but what about the quality? I am not happy with my purchase and I have spent over 200£ for the bed and mattress. What am I supposed to do now? All they can say is IKEA will take no further action. But what about an extremely dissatisfied and unhappy customer. It's such a shame. I am a mum of 2 small kids and this is extremely stressful for me.
