I order bunch of things online and suppose to deliver as mentioned date and time. Time passed I chat with ikea online; they said it's not delivered. Online shows shipped. Chat person said not really. I call IKEA, they said we will arrange reschedule and we will not charge for reschedule, it's freeeeeeee!!!! What a terrible support. This order was surprised gift for my child birthday who did very well in exam and I thought I will nicely rearrange his room to boost up his education. We should not expect those unprofessional dealings from IKEA where there fame is touch the sky. Moreover, I am not expecting funny conversation like free re-schedule offer!!!! I hope management of IKEA should take this incident seriously. I got the file number (file number S-17609530) from chat who is really kind to support me. I took day off 9 am to 2 pm, i booked elevator from 9 to 2 pm. How costly the support of IKEA that apart from all my suffering; the cost of there call still not equivalent to there call to the customer. I am so dishonored and frustrated after expending almost 2500$.
