Customer device and phone lines are vertually non existent. I've been trying to customer service for days!!!! Like I have nothing better to do but keep calling .....Phone lines are always handling more calls than usual to respond..and no way to get in touch with anyone by phone. It's like they don't care.... I tried to explain issue on line but could never submit. tried from scratch 5 times, retyping everthing including 18 digit trackin no, order no, item no...etc..but could never submit it.
I never give reviews... But I am so aggravated I have to complain with the hopes that one day they fix it..
I finally, by disregarding the promps, reach some one in kitchens sales....but after I gave her my order no, she put me on hol and never picked up again.... Instead it went to a survey, which I completed, and then it hung up on me . I still have not resolved my issue as I can't get anyone to talk to and it won't accept it on line from mobile device. Maybe they should do what Delta does and return calls in order of when they were received. If anyone from. Ikea is actually reviewing this, it would be nice if you reach-out to me to check on the status of my issue.
