WORST STORE AND SERVICE EVER, IN STORE AND ONLINE!
Today I went to the MD, College Park store and ordered 12 items worth almost $600. For some technical difficulties, my card was not working so the associate advised me to order online when I go home. After I came home, I was trying to order the items online and at the last step I was trying to choose the location for pickup at Woodbridge, VA but it said that the location is not taking online order. Then I chose the College Park location, where I was today, and it was telling me that they don't have one of the items available. How can that be possible if I was just there and they had all the items? I decided to call them and after staying on hold for 45 minutes, someone finally answered and she told me that she couldn't help and that she would transfer the line to the College Park location. But she hung up the phone.
