I order a couch, was supposed to arrive September 1, but for some reason, the couch was on the truck then got lost. Got scheduled for another delivery date on September 17, But the same thing happened. Then when the couch finally arrived on September 21. It was missing all of the pieces to connect the hardware.
All this time the costumer service was less then helpful. Would highly recommend to do all that is in your power to avoid buying from them! (Btw, the exact thing happened just weeks before with my sister.)
