The worst customer support for online orders! What happened to you IKEA?
I ordered a rug online about a week ago. I had a choice of delivery days and chose this coming Tuesday. It is now Sunday and it has still not shipped, so I called the customer service line.
The first agent had no information other than it had not shipped. I already know that. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Instead I was transferred to an extension that said they were very busy, to call back later and hung on me rather than putting me on hold! VERY rude programming for customer support.
I called back and asked to have my order cancelled due to the fact it would likely be late and because of the poor customer support.
The lady then proceeded to give me all sorts of information I already had and said she could not cancel the order. She started rambling on with useless information I already knew, so I attempted to interrupt her to ask a question. Instead she VERY RUDELY attacked me for interrupting her and told me she would not tolerated being interrupted!
Poor hiring of customer support agents, delivery planning and rude phone programming.
