So, yup, the same problem as many others. Damaged goods delivered, and one missing item entirely. Impossible to get through to customer service. Phone number is a sham, and you can't send in an email because the form requires you to fill in information that doesn't exist (such as the bar code from the receipt which doesn't exist because it was an online order) The only option is to drive to a store? Come on, that's why ordered delivery in the first place.
You get what you pay for, but honestly IKEA is not so cheap these days on some items.
