Have spent more than 8 hours on the phone trying to get a $2000 refund processed from 1 month ago. All the CSRs polite but ineffectual and there’s no way to escape to a manager who can get to the bottom of the problem. Do I have to make a legal claim? Seems crazy - at my wit’s end.
