I have been using Ikea for a very long time, but always using the store to pay and organise deliveries - if needed. this time I ordered online, each time a receipt etc. but no mention of the delivery I had paid for and adjusted to be on 11 October next between 07 am and 12 -30 ... this is because I could only be there at that time and the two items I ordered would then be coming together... there was no mention of time and date on the receipt.... and nothing, but as I had carefully filled in the 11/oct and time I did not think twice about it.. yesterday evening - when I was away I got a message saying the sofa would be coming today between 12 30 and 4 pm.. I had to rush back as there is absolutely no way of communicating (telephone is busy non stop half hour waits). and no online live help... disgraceful, it was their fault the times were not what I ordered for delivery and there is no way of getting through to them... they are a large and rich company and should have more in the way to help people who book online... beware and be very careful about using their online ordering...
