I placed an order online AFTER the stay home order. Credit card was charged for the purchase right away and delivery was supposed to be made 4-1-20 between 9 am and 9 pm. We didn't receive any confirmation or phone call. On the day of supposed delivery, we moved the furniture around and made a space for the furniture. No delivery that day, or the next or the next. I called customer service number only to have them say "we're receiving unusual number of calls and cannot take your call" and a hang up. I finally requested refund but have no idea if they received this request (no confirmation email) or if they will ever consider refunding our money.
What kind of business are they running? If they are not going to deliver, how about letting me know so I don't spend all day waiting? This feels worse than getting stood up on a date.
