I made an order of a few of the komplement products for an existing wardrobe I have from Ikea. However shortly after the lockdown took place and I requested to cancel the order online which I did. Then I had a text asking to call. I tried calling you have a message saying they are experiencing high volume of calls then hangs up, the next time I tried it just rang and rang and rang.
Next I tried messaging on instagram. No answer
Then live chat online, told to call a different number, after 45 mins I gave up and saw a call back button, received a call back within minutes. The lady was rather rude and short with me as I explained I cancelled my order and called up as instructed. She told me to wait for the refund as it was going through, a week later no refund.
Guess I know what I’ll be doing tomorrow now waiting in line to talk to another person
