LOL. I had to pick one star just to be able to write the review. Wish I had read these before I chose to do business with IKEA. I would already have custom made cabinets installed and my construction project would nearly be complete. So many fingers pointing at North American Logistics. The problem is not NAL (in my experience) it is with IKEA. The folks who answer the phone can't do anything. They can't cancel your order (even though it hasn't left IKEA and they have charged your credit card 30 days ago), they can't find out when it it will leave their warehouse to go to packaging, which then goes to the trucking company. I am not sure what the purpose of 888-888-4532. That's just an illegal racket. Charge the card, get the money and then not deliver. We have not received the goods, no one can tell us when we will and we have tried to cancel. We will dispute the charge and let Visa deal with them. DON'T. EVER.SHOP.AT. IKEA online. Covid otherwise. Their problems have been going on for years. Not sure why I bother writing this. Ikea does not care.
