Don't expect any customer service.
I bought a lamp in store, installed the majority of it on my ceiling, and realized a final plastic piece was missing that allows me to finish the installation. I found an online form to receive the missing part, filled it out, and never received anything from them. Just called and they aren't accepting calls for after-service support due to high call volumes. After asking in the sales department to speak to a supervisor and remaining on hold for 30 minutes, a resolution specialist told me that the only solution is to return the lamp to the store, there's nothing they can do for me because I didn't purchase online. The stores are all closed and there's no way to get this part for who knows how long. They were completely unable to help me in any way shape or form. This exposes a gaping hole in Ikea's customer support. If their products work as expected, great, but if you have a problem, good luck getting any sort of service.
