Ikea was really quick on taking out the $1,440, but now we are on the day that the delivery was supposed to come and we have received ZERO notice that it was even on its way. I get it, its a "rough estimate" on delivery. But to keep us completely in the dark on our purchase, that we spent a lot on, is completely uncalled for. Ikea, you just need to supply your customers with more detailed information. There are A LOT of other companies that supply furniture with no problems and always supply the customer with confidence that they are working hard to get our purchases to us.
