CEO needs to be fired!!
I made a small order on 04/14/20 for a curtain rod. It's now 05/15/20. Their website says it would be delivered by 05/12. I got an email saying it was shipped on 05/11. Shipping status for Fed-Ex still only says shipping label created? Nothing else on shipping status? I can't get through to anyone, the phones just hang up on you! When I try to email them using their email contact page, the only email option it lets me us is a cancelation email form? SO basically you can't contact them. You can only cancel orders which tells me that's all they want you to do because they can't handle their online system. I would rather them just fully close and not take online orders at all.
