The staff do not know the difference between a cupboard base unit and a wall unit. Mistakes are made somtimes, but same mistake twice. Each time ikea make a mistake it is always the customer who suffers. There is no fastrack system to rectify their mistake, the customer has to drive back to the store, the customer has to queue for a refund, the customer has to go back in store to get a new order form, the customer has to queue at the tills, the customer has to wait over an hour again at the warhouse, only to realise that the same silly mistake has been made. Advised at the warhouse to come back next day and start again.
