Had to ask to cancel my online order that I placed a month ago, I have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered. I originally got an "estimated delivery" of May 10th... two weeks later and I have no idea where it is or the status. I called IKEA and they couldn't tell me anything, told me to look online. Online tells me nothing doesn't even show I placed an order. Thankfully I have an email with my order number.
I will never order anything from IKEA ever again. They are sure making a killing off of cancellations since they don't refund delivery fees, $49 from me for do nothing at all.
