I wish there is a "0" star option, I ordered items from IKEA and spent over $500. I placed an order 4/27/2020 and I was told estimated delivery date was 5/19/ 2020. Over a month, nothing has showed up and con not get any info about my order.
I called customer service no one taking calls but go online if you have to reschedule or track your order. I go online and the only option available is to cancel your order. I don’t want to cancel my order because my credit card that I paid is expired and of the April 2020. I don't know when or if my order is coming and they have taken the money and not communicated anything to me. I am very disappointed.
