Chat 6 Jun 2020 - 30 minutes wait for agent, 40 min for agent to say there is a problem because its been in PICKING ORDER for over 1 week now and will transfer me to Resolution Team. I've been number 1 in the queue with 5 min wait time for 1 1/2hours, just to be told that there was nothing wrong with order and they due to C19 all deliveries are delayed. There is delayed (with in the 6 weeks window of order as per the website) and than there is WTF is the order delay and spending 1 1/2 hours with two chat agents, one saying there is a problem with order and transferring me to another agent that say no problem. NEVER shopping at IKEA , they have lost my business for good.
