Placed order on May 26 3AM!!!!! finally! The confirmation sent by May 27 and money withdrew from bank. Then today, June 10, order still is "preparing"! I tried to cancel it as the store already opened. June 9, 12:30-15:30, waiting at livechat, a rep said transferred to after-sale, after waiting 2 hours, then there was no after..... June 10 early morning 9am EST, wait 40 minutes got an agent, asked how I can help you... then nothing for 20 minutes. Now waiting about 1 hour after an agent transferred me to after sale, said I was no. 1 wait 4 minutes, but now almost 45 minutes...like Frances. What should I say. What's wrong with them? I know covid-19 changed our life, but is it also changing the service standard or 4 minutes = over 45 minutes??? Decided never buy Ikea online again.
