Do not order from this company. If you need to return you most likely won’t be able to. I went to the returns portal to print a return label, instead of being able to print the label, a pop up said contact customer service to return this item. I have been trying to talk to someone via messenger as there is no telephone number and no one is getting back with me. I ordered these through the Debenhams website, so be careful as Debenhams items are not always from Debenhams. I used to love Debenhams but similar thing happened to me with their site a few months ago. I will never order from Debenhams or Ikrush again… Be warned don’t do it you’ll waste money if you need to return anything.
