I placed an order for a PE socket and paid for next day delivery, the item did not arrive next day, (this would have been a Tuesday as i ordered late on Friday and then there was a weekend to allow for, so expected it Tuesday, this didnt happen) so i e mailed you to ask where it was, i got no reply whatsoever, my item did arrive the following day but still no apology or reason why it was late or refund on my next day postage. Don't think i will be buying anything else from here or recommending anyone else does either
