I had a terrible time working with Illustration Experts. The process was quoted at a few weeks turn around and took me 6 months of literally pestering my illustrator to get the job done. When it was done it was sent to me 100% on cardstock. I wanted a book with pages and paper, not a pamphlet like what I got. I spent $500 for some pretty terrible quality work and had to continually ask along the way when it would be ready, and was met with the annoyed responses from the illustrator. His responses seemed AI or computer generated, and to this day I'm not even sure I was corresponding with an actual person. Do now work with them.
