I planned on giving this is as a gift. Their contract states that you can terminate the contract at any point if you are dissatisfied. When I tried to do that, they gave me excuses of how I can't possibly be dissatisfied because I haven't even seen an illustration. The person they put you in contact with is NOT the illustrator. And she doesn't speak English clear enough to understand. She also doesn't understand what it means when you say "the link doesn't work". I have asked for a refund via text, voicemail, and email. They are ignoring all contact from me and I am out $600. Do NOT fall for this scam or use this company.
