I love this place. So far Ive lost 20 pounds since being here. All the trainers are very friendly and make you feel like part of the team. They push you to get the best out of the workout and kickboxing is just fun. Im getting in shape and learning how to kick butt! Definitely recommend trying this you will never go back to the gym!
