I got a free 10 day pass and was given free gloves for the session. The manager gave me a straightforward tour and then off we were to kick and punch! The exercises aren’t too hard and not too easy, I found. The difficulty is at a perfect level for me, and I’m just a beginner, having never kickboxed before.
