I started coming here 3 weeks ago, and I gotta say that ILoveKickboxing Federal Way WA is one of new favorite places - and I used to hate working out!! The staff are both friendly and inspiring, and they do an excellent job in creating a clean and fun environment where everyone kind of feels like family. The workout is hard with variations and you’ll be challenged, but it is so worth it -- you’ll leave feeling empowered, stronger and refreshed! With each class I can feel an improvement, and the energy there keeps me motivated to keep coming back - I’ve got no regrets! I encourage you to give it a try, it could be one of the best choices of your life!! :)
