iLovekickboxing Federal Way, WA has been one of the best decisions I've made. I've always wanted to try it out and when I finally did, I got hooked. First day was brutal but i survived. It got easier day after day after day of going. I was hooked on kickboxing that I went to 26 classes just in a month alone. I was addicted and am still addicted. A lot of my coworkers' were telling me that I need to go to rehab because I'm too addicted. Most if not all of my posts on Facebook are about kickboxing and checking into class. I absolutely love the atmosphere, so much energy, so much love, and lots of awesome instructors! The instructors are very helpful and friendly. They're easy going and easily approachable when I need help. I love having many instructors in each class. I love how they challenge you and strive to help you get better and reach your goals! If you're hurt or have any aches and pains, they'll modify the workouts and combinations for you. I like the fact that they call to check up on me when I've missed a few days of class, to make sure I'm doing okay and if they can do anything to help me get back to class and get back on track with my goal. iLovekickboxing has become a part of my life now. I am now proud to say I have gained a family of friends that come together to reach the same goal of becoming a healthier person. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and encouraging. One of the things I really like is that it's a workout but it doesn't feel like you're working out. It's a really fun class and like i said, I'm addicted! I love it! So what're you waiting for?
